Rule 10 — Liabilities
10.3 No Liability for Acts or Omissions of Clearing Members

The Relevant Persons shall have no liability for:—
(1) any breach or failure of any Clearing Member to comply with these Clearing Rules; or
(2) the acts or omissions of any of the Clearing Members.
